Final documents to be shipped to Indecomm Global Services are:

- Recorded Security Instrument
- Recorded Assignment to MERS, if applicable
- Recorded Power of Attorney

Trailing documents that can be uploaded to Lakeview Loan Servicing lender portal are:

- FHA Mortgage Insurance Certificate (MIC)
- VA Loan Guarantee Certificate (LGC)
- USDA Loan Note Guarantee
