House Key Opportunity

Dear Lending Partners,

Effective immediately!

For the House Key Opportunity first mortgage program, the Acquisition Cost Certification form 15.11 is no longer required.

The Commission will be relying on the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Appraisal and the Closing Disclosure to verify the property is under the Acquisition Cost Limits.

Both the website and the House Key manual have been updated accordingly.

If you have additional questions, please contact Corinna Obar.
