FHA Single-Unit Condominium Project Approval

Dear Lending Partners,

The FHA Single-Unit Condominium Project Approval will be permitted on our House Key FHA program. Lenders to follow agency guidelines.

The single-unit condominimum project approval is not eligible under the FHA Home Advantage program.

Section 4 of the Home Advantage and House Key manuals have been updated. The Home Advantage Gov't and House Key matrices are also updated.
