Delivery File Closing Documents

Dear Lending Partners:

Effective Immediately!

The following revision is applicable only to Home Advantage FHA, VA and USDA loans going to Lakeview Loan Servicing.

Lakeview Loan Servicing has updated their Delivery File Closing Documents Checklist. The revised checklist clarifies what final documents are required by their final documents vendor, and which trailing documents can be upload to Lakeview's lender portal.

This notice only applies to the House Key Opportunity Program. The Home Advantage Program is not affected by this notice.

Final documents to be shipped to Indecomm Global Services are:

Recorded Security Instrument

Recorded Assignment to MERS, if applicable

Recorded Power of Attorney

Final Title Policy

Trailing documents that can be uploaded to Lakeview Loan Servicing lender portal are:

FHA Mortgage Insurance Certificate (MIC)

VA Loan Guarantee Certificate (LGC)

USDA Loan Note Guarantee

The updated delivery file checklist can be found here.

Section 12 of our Home Advantage manual have been updated.
