IHFA Servicer Program Matrix and Program Manual Updates

Important Servicer Details-Idaho Housing and Finance Association Servicer Program Matrix & Program Manual Updates.

All Conventional Home Advantage and all House Key Opportunity (Conv. & Gov’t) loans reserved on or after March 1, 2018 will be serviced by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association.

Please take time to review IHFA’s Conventional Home Advantage and House Key Program Matrix, updated program manuals, and IHFA documentation checklists posted here: http://www.wshfc.org/sf/downloads.html.

All Government Home Advantage loans will continue to be serviced by Lakeview Loan Servicing.

Please note the following Conventional Home Advantage and House Key program manual changes for loans going to IHFA will be effective March 1, 2018:

AUS/Underwriting updates:
Manual underwriting permitted on Conventional, FHA, VA, & USDA loans receiving Refer/Eligible automated findings result. Follow agency guidelines. Use of Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor (LPA) now permitted.

Tax Transcripts:
Required if requested per underwriting findings.

FHA Limited 203(k):
All draws to be administered by IHFA.

Manufactured Homes are now permitted with Conventional loans:
See corresponding Program Announcement regarding Conventional Manufactured Home Financing.

Reminder: Reservations made on and after March 1, 2018 tax service fee will increase to $85.00.
