Tacoma and Bellingham Downpayment Assistance
Dear Lending and Real Estate Partners,
The Commission is pleased to announce the additional funding of the Tacoma and Bellingham Downpayment Assistance programs.
Amount Available:
Tacoma-$300,000
Bellingham (Unrestricted)-$300,000
Loan reservations will be accepted for borrowers at or below 80% of Area Median Income beginning 10/31/2017. The downpayment assistance must be used in conjunction with our Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity first mortgage program.
