Summer '17 Closing-Cost Grant Has Been Extended

We are pleased to announce the Summer '17 Closing-Cost Grant has been extended.

The extention will help more of your low-income families take advantage of a $1500 grant towards closing costs on a purchase.

All eligible loans must be closed no later than December 29, 2017, and delivered to Lakeview Loan Servicing by January 16, 2018.

The Summer '17 Grant manual will be updated shortly.
