Announcing Here to Home Summer ’17 Closing-Cost Grant

We’re excited to launch our new Here to Home marketing campaign—so excited that we’re adding some sizzle to your summer!

For a limited time, we’re offering grants of up to $1,500 to cover closing costs—including pre-paids—for buyers who use a Fannie Mae HFA Preferred Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity Conventional loan.

That’s right: Unlike all our other programs, this is a grant, not a loan. NO repayment required!

Plus, it can be combined with any Commission second mortgage—so you still get downpayment assistance!

Only 230 homebuyers will be able to take advantage of this offer. Check your pipeline of borrowers and make your reservation starting July 3, 2017.

Have a happy 4th of July!
--WSHFC Home Loans

P.S. When the funds run out, they’re gone—so don’t wait!

Please note: This closing cost grant cannot be used towards the borrower’s minimum contribution or additional downpayment.
