Change to House Key Opportunity Lock Period
Effective with reservations made on or after July 3, 2017, the lock period (reservation through loan purchase) for the House Key Opportunity State Bond loans will change from 90 days to 60 days.
The change was made to mirror the lock period for Home Advantage loans.
Please plan accordingly.
