Emphasys Training Webinar for Loan Originators, Loan Processors,
Underwriters, Shippers and Funders.
The Commission is delighted to announce our new Emphasys loan reservation system. Reservations made on or after July 3, 2017, will be in Emphasys. Mitas will be disabled for reservations as of July 1, 2017, however, any reservations in Mitas will still be available for file uploads and inquiry until loan is purchased.
The 45-minute trainings will cover:
Navigating the Emphasys System to make a reservation.
Navigating the system to find loan documents.
Uploading pre-closing file review documents.
Uploading post closing file review documents.
Viewing file stages and status.
Pulling applicable reports.
