Homeownership Staff Unavailable for File Review During the Housing Washington Conference

Pre-Closing File Review Turn Times

Due to the busy purchase market and the popularity of the Commission’s homeownership programs, we are experiencing a very heavy file load. Next week, the majority of the Commission’s staff will be attending WSHFC’s annual Housing Washington conference in Tacoma and will not be available for file review Tuesday, October 4 through Thursday, October 6, 2016.

Please be advised that the pre-closing file review turn times may take 8-10 business days during the next several weeks.
