City of Bellingham Downpayment Assistance Funds Now Available
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is pleased to announce a new Downpayment Assistance Program!
CITY OF BELLINGHAM DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
In partnership with the City of Bellingham, funding is now available for the Bellingham Downpayment Assistance program for borrowers purchasing within the City of Bellingham limits.

$450,000
Dates of Availability
Loan reservations will be accepted for the City of Bellingham Downpayment Assistance Program for borrowers at or below 80% of Area Median Income beginning February 1, 2016. The downpayment assistance loan must be used in conjunction with a Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity first mortgage. City of Bellingham Downpayment Assistance funds offer up to $40,000 in downpayment assistance and have a reduced rate of 3% deferred simple interest with no monthly payments.
