Updates to Downpayment Assistance Manuals
Please be advised updated manuals for the Commission’s Downpayment Assistance Programs are now available online: wshfc.org/sf/downloads.html
The income limits for most of the Commission’s Downpayment Assistance programs have changed.
The acquisition limits for the Seattle, ARCH and Tacoma DPA programs have changed.
For Seattle DPA:
The requirement for the appraiser to include language in the appraisal
regarding the City of Seattle building codes has been removed.
