House Key/Mortgage Credit Certificate Program

Section 4, Page 4.1 – New guidance has been issued regarding qualifying residences. Eliminated reference to one service meter and one tax parcel number. Clarified policy on Accessory Dwelling Units which are allowed under certain circumstances.
