Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Loan Origination Rule
Implementation
In accordance with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Loan Originator Final Rule, effective January 10, 2014, the Washington State Housing Finance Commission has added the Organization, Loan Originator, and NMLSR ID Numbers to our downpayment assistance Notes and Deeds of Trust.
