Introducing Home Advantage Built New DPA and Income Limit Changes for Downpayment Assistance Programs

The Commission is pleased to announce Home Advantage Built New DPA for newly constructed, never occupied homes located in Washington with a loan amount up to $10,000 amortized at 3% over 10 years. This program replaces New Home For You.

House Key Veterans

House Key Plus Seattle

House Key Plus ARCH

Please note the HUD 80% Area Median Income limits for King County decreased slightly.
