New Targeted Areas for Mortgage Credit Certificate Program

New Targeted areas have been released by the IRS. New Targeted areas are effective immediately. The Commission will honor any reservation currently reserved in the Mitas system using old Targeted areas.

New Targeted area maps will follow and will be posted to our website as available.

Manual updates have been made to Section 4, page 4.6: wshfc.org/sf/MCC.html
