Interim Endorsements Must Be Dated Per Ginnie Mae Requirements

(see update)

Interim endorsements from the originating lender to the pooling insurer must be dated as per Ginnie Mae requirements effective for all loans pooled on or after June 1, 2013. If the lender submits the file and the endorsement is not dated, the loan cannot be purchased by ServiSolutions.

Manual updates have been posted to Section 12, page 12.1 of the Home Advantage and House Key manuals. New File Stacking Sheets for ServiSolutions have also been posted to the forms: wshfc.org/sf/downloads.html

Please pass this program announcement on to your Post-Closing Department as applicable.
