Sunset of House Key Plus for Foreclosed Properties

The deadline for House Key Plus for properties in foreclosure or a short sale (up to $10,000 with a 3% interest rate and a ten-year loan term) has not been re-extended. The Commission stopped taking new reservations under this downpayment assistance program. We will honor all loans reserved on Mitas under this program.
