Program Changes to House Key Plus Seattle

In response to a HUD audit, the city of Seattle announced changes to their program. For loan reservations going forward, please note changes have been made to the following documents:

House Key Plus Seattle Manual

Disclosure of Home Program Requirements form

Estimated Fair Market Value form

If the property was previously occupied by a tenant, the seller must acknowledge in the Disclosure of Home Program Requirements that the property has been vacant for at least 90 days.
  
A new Initial Estimate of Fair Market Value Notice form has been added. This form must be signed by the Buyer and Seller prior to the purchase and sale agreement.
