THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ARE TEMPORARY AND WILL BE DISCONTINUED ONCE OUR INTERNET SERVICE IS RESTORED.

• NEW LOAN RESERVATIONS – The Commission will post rates on the website by 9:00am as usual. To request a new reservation, please use the following link, complete the form, and click “submit”. Requests received between 9:00am - 4:00pm PST will receive that day’s posted rate. Requests received after 4:00pm PST will receive the next day’s available rate. The Commission will email a reservation confirmation once the request is processed

• FILE DOCUMENT UPLOAD – To submit Pre or Post-Closing loan files and file conditions on existing reservations, please email the documents in pdf format to jenni.davidson@wshfc.org. The Commission will print the documents and review in the order received.
