Income Limit Changes for the following Specialty Downpayment Assistance Programs:

 · Seattle DPA

 · Bellingham DPA

 · Pierce County DPA

Updated income limits for the above programs can also be found in each respective program manual here.

Note:  Income limits changes for ARCH East King County and Tacoma will be forthcoming.
