Income and Purchase Price Limit Changes for Downpayment Assistance Programs

Effective Immediately!

New income limits for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:

ARCH East King County DPA

Bellingham DPA

Pierce County DPA

Seattle DPA

Purchase price limits have changed for the following Downpayment Assistance programs:

ARCH East King County DPA
- Maximum purchase price $413,000 for new and existing construction
Pierce County DPA
- Maximum purchase price $337,250 for existing construction and $449,506 for new construction

Updated income and purchase price limits for the above programs can be found in each respective program manual found here.
