Asset Management & Compliance

The Commission's Asset Management and Compliance Division monitors multifamily properties financed with tax-exempt bonds, low-income housing tax credit, and other public funding. 


The August 12, 2014 Bond Class has been cancelled due to minimal participation.  Please refer to the website and AMC Newsletter for future Bond classes
