Lower Interest Rate for Pierce County Downpayment Assistance Program

We’re excited to announce a lower interest rate for the Pierce County DPA.

The new rate below will apply to reservations made on and after October 7, 2019 at 9:00 am PST.

The rate will be changing from 4.00% to 3.00%.

The Pierce County DPA manual, the Note and Deed of Trust have been updated.
