Income and Rent Limits for All Tax Credit and Bond Financed Properties

Historical Limits

This information is provided for those who would like to find out which rent and income limits were in effect for a certain property in a previous year. (For the current year’s limits, return to the main Income/Rent Limits page.)

To find the limit previously in effect for a property, follow the steps below:

1. Know the property's Placed-in-Service Date or Bond Closing Date.
Search this PDF document if you need to find either of these dates.

2. Select the year you want to examine below. In the document, find the page for the county where the property is located (use CTRL-F to search). Look at the table and make a note of the relevant limits to use. For example, “2015 MTSP” or “2015 HERA.”

2023 | Effective 05/15/23 to 03/31/24 |
2022 | Effective 04/18/22 to 05/14/23 |
2021 | Effective 04/01/21 to 04/17/22 |

3. In the Income or Rent Limit documents below3. In the Income or Rent Limit documents below, again find the property’s county (use CTRL-F to search). All limits are MTSP unless the word “HERA” appears next to the county name, i.e., “Benton (HERA) County.”
