WBARS is used by affordable housing owners, property managers, and public agencies in Washington State. It streamlines asset management, compliance tracking, and the submission of required annual performance and financial reports.

Training and Help

A Help module is available in WBARS - click the "?" icon in the bottom left corner of your screen after logging into WBARS. The module contains:

  1. Videos and PDF guides on how to use the system and how to fill out the Table reports.
  2. Contact information for all public funders.

Importing Data to Table 1 via XML

If you are a logged into WBARS as a Property Manager user, click on the Projects module and look for the XML Import icon at the top right corner of your screen. Clicking on the Import icon will open your page, where you'll find import guidance.
