CCPC Part A

Certificate of Continuing Project Compliance

Due quarterly on the 7th of next month following previous 90-day period or annually on January 7.

Purpose: Owner's certification that the bond project is in compliance with its Regulatory Agreement. Generate form specific to each property via the link below. The form should be completed, signed by the Authorized Signer (wet signature or electronic signature is acceptable) and uploaded as part of the report.

For new construction bond projects, the CCPC Part A is completed on a quarterly basis during initial lease-up; the first time the form is due is when the project reaches 10% occupancy. Thereafter, the form must be submitted every 90 days until the project achieves 90% occupancy. After 90% occupancy, the report is completed annually. Annual reports are due January 7th for the previous report year. Contact the Portfolio Analyst assigned to your property if you need a copy of this reporting form.

 

CCPC Part B

WBARS Table 1 (Tenant Activity)

Purpose: A summary report of rental activity in every Bond income qualified unit during the reporting period. New this year: Complete and submit Table 1 in WBARS in place of the Part B Excel spreadsheet - watch the WBARS Data Entry for Bond-Only Properties YouTube video. If you do not have access to WBARS or cannot locate a property in WBARS please contact the Portfolio Analyst assigned to the property.

Affirmative Marketing Report

Due January 7 (if applicable)

Purpose: To describe a Commission bond project owner's (or management company's) actions taken to ensure the project's compliance with marketing for income-restricted and Special-Needs units. This reporting form is completed annually and due on January 7 for the previous year. The properties on the below list are required to complete this report:

 

IRS Form 8703

Annual Certification of a Residential Rental Project

Blank versions of IRS forms can be obtained at the IRS Website by entering the name of the form in the box marked "Search Forms and Publications for." An IRS Form 8703 Annual Certification of a Residential Rental Project must be completed when a Bond property falls under Section 142 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (See your Regulatory Agreement) The Commission will send a reminder letter if we believe a property needs to file this form.

The IRS wants this form filed by March 31st after the close of the calendar year for which the certification is made. The Commission would also like a copy for our files by March 31st.
