Bill Rumpf

Bill Rumpf is retired from a long career in housing and community development. For the past ten years, Bill served as President of Mercy Housing Northwest. He oversaw development, resident services, fundraising and operations for Mercy’s affordable housing work in the region.

Bill served for more than a decade as Deputy Director for the Seattle Office of Housing. His earlier positions were CEO of the California Housing Partnership and Chief of Housing for the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

Bill’s education includes a Bachelors Degree in Urban Studies from the Stanford University and a Masters degree in Public Policy from Harvard University John F Kennedy School of Government.
