Nicole R. Bascomb-Green is the Owner and Designated Broker of Bascomb Real Estate Group and the Head of Community Lending for Umpqua Bank. Nicole has worked in the banking/real estate industry for 30 years and has worked in multiple key roles as a banker, underwriter, CRA/CSR officer and now real estate broker. Nicole holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s in marketing and uses her education and experience to work as a key stakeholder in the industry to increase financial education, home ownership and real estate investment for Black people in the state of Washington.
As a community member, Nicole has continued to support key initiatives that are focused on the uplift of disenfranchised communities. She sits on several boards focused on these efforts including: National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) – Western Washington Chapter, as President; Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) – Board Secretary; Foster School of Business – Consulting and Business Development Center – Advisory Board Member; Black Home Initiative (BHI) – Core Team Member; Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle; HomeSight; and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Nicole is currently married to her husband Michael and has 3 daughters: Niaya, Sanyh and Symirah.
