In 2009, the LIHTC Program adopted the Washington State Department of Commerce Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS). All applicants to the LIHTC Program, regardless of their funding sources, will be held to the Evergreen standard and to all related policies and procedures. Detailed information regarding the ESDS, related documents, and Green Building links can be found on the ESDS page on the Department of Commerce website. All projects applying for Low Income Housing Tax Credits that do NOT contain Housing Trust Funds through the Department of Commerce must submit the following along with their Application:
