Important Change to Freddie Mac HFA Advantage Program
Dear Lending Partners,
Effective immediately!
Our servicer, Idaho Housing & Finance Association (IHFA) notified the Commission manual underwrite for Freddie Mac HFA Advantage loans will no longer be allowed under the Home Advantage and House Key programs. This change will help protect our partners from potential risk as these loans often result in repurchase.
Section 2 of the Home Advantage and House Key manuals will be updated shortly.
