Increases to Income and Acquisition Cost Limits for House Key Opportunity Program

Dear Lending and Real Estate Partners:

Effective immediately, the income and acquisition cost limits for the House Key Opportunity Program have increased.

Loan amounts for the House Key Opportunity may not exceed $484,350 in any county including high cost areas

You may view the changes here. Sections 3 and 4 of the House Key Opportunity manual has been updated.

Please note:

The income limit for the Opportunity downpayment assistance program have not changed.

This announcement does not apply to the Home Advantage program.
