Tacoma Downpayment Assistance Program Fully Reserved!

Dear Lending and Real Estate Partners:

The current allocation for the Tacoma Downpayment Assistance program has been fully reserved as of December 2, 2019.

We are taking a wait list in the event a loan reservation currently in the pipeline is canceled.

At this time we have no further information when funds will become available. We will provide an update as we know more.
