IRS Form 4506-T and Tax Transcripts for USDA Transactions

Dear Lending and Real Estate Partners:

Lakeview Loan Servicing will be aligning with the recently announced changes to USDA transactions regarding the 4506-T form and tax transcripts, as noted below:

The signed Form 4506-T and tax transcripts will now be required for all borrowers and adult household members that will reside in the home (with the exception of full time students if they are not the applicant, the spouse of the applicant or the head of household).

The Home Advantage Government program matrix and Section 2 of our Home Advantage and House Key manuals have been updated as applicable.

Forward to the appropriate department to ensure agency guidelines are met.
