Dear Lending and Real Estate Partners:

Due to additional inquiries regarding borrower residency and eligibility requirements for Home Advantage and House Key Opportunity program loans, we have provided new guidance surrounding citizenship and eligibility.

Section 3, Residency Type Requirements, in the Home Advantage and House Key Opportunity program manuals have been updated.Please read update in it's entirety.

Program matrices for Home Advantage Government, Home Advantage Conventional and House Key Opportunity have also been updated.
