Downpayment Assistance Programs

Dear Lending Partners:

Reminder: All of our 2nd mortgages (Downpayment Assistance) must close in the name of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

The Deed of Trust for the second mortgage is not transferred to MERS.

The Note for the second mortgage should not be endorsed to the master servicer.

You can find the information in Section 12 of our Home Advantage or House Key manual.
