New–Conventional Financing Option for Manufactured Homes

Now available through HFA Preferred

The Commission and Idaho Housing and Finance Association are pleased to announce that Fannie Mae now accepts manufactured home loans.

Details:

Starts March 1, 2018 (only applies to loans reserved on or after March 1, 2018)

Available under both Home Advantage and House Key Opportunity conventional loan programs

Max LTV 95%

Max CLTV 105%

DU Approve/Ineligible ok, if due to CLTV exceeding 95%

Minimum FICO score requirements:

HOME ADVANTAGE:

Conventional: 620

FHA: 660

USDA: 660

HOUSE KEY OPPORTUNITY:

Conventional: 620

FHA: 620

USDA: 620
