Home Advantage Rebound Downpayment Assistance Program Is No
Longer Available
The Home Advantage Rebound Downpayment Assistance program is no longer available. The funds have been expended and the Commission is not taking names on a wait list.
The Commission continues to offer seven other options for downpayment assistance. Please visit the Commission’s website for information on the available downpayment assistance programs at http://www.wshfc.org/buyers/downpayment.htm.
If you were working with clients that had hoped to utilize the Home Advantage Rebound Downpayment Assistance program, please consider restructuring their purchase using the Home Advantage First Mortgage program with the Home Advantage Downpayment Assistance that offers up to 4% of loan amount as a deferred second mortgage, with no payments.
