House Key Plus Seattle is Back

We have received an amendment for additional funds from the City of Seattle for
House Key Plus Seattle Down Payment Assistance.

This program is open again for reservations.

We have $468,616 available for reservations on a first come first served basis. (about 10 -11 loans)

There are no changes from the previous allocation. All manuals, forms and disclosures still apply.
