Temporary Suspension of Conventional Loans
Due to the announcement regarding a mandatory increase in guarantee fees charged by Fannie Mae on Single Family mortgage backed securities, the Commission will temporarily suspend all new conventional loan reservations on all House Key loans until we are informed of the amount of the increase.
The Commission will honor all loans presently reserved in the Mitas system. Until we receive further guidance, we will not extend these reservations.
